Major Dimension Precision Gel Liner

A creamy eyeliner that gives full coverage with one swipe and sets to a bulletproof finish. This eyeliner has the highest concentration of pigment in a soft base for full payoff and extended wear in one swipe. It provides the glide and the coverage of a liquid in pencil form.

Twist up and apply liner as desired. -Be sure to replace cap immediately after use.
