Start with clean, moisturized skin Works beautifully on bare skin or over light base (tinted moisturizer, skin tint, or foundation). Apply directly to cheeks Swipe the balm once or twice on the apples of your cheeks. Blend immediately Use: Fingers (most natural, skin-like finish) A dense stippling brush A damp sponge Blend upward toward the temples for a lifted look.
